Kelly Ann Gerhart

A Montana native, I have embraced the life of entrepreneurial spirit. From my early years of creating a successful fitness and dance studio to the physical and mental discipline as a fitness instructor (30 years) then (always one to think out of the box and seize developing opportunities), I established Flathead Valley’s first coffee/espresso business, just before coffee became cool. After operating that business for many years, I profitably sold and transitioned on as a partner to my husband as a successful interior designer and building contractor. I have acquired a set of skills and wealth of knowledge unknown to all but the few who have been immersed in these fields.
While business has been important, so has been my dedication to volunteer work. My talents were particularly keen in support of the Kalispell Junior Miss Scholarship program where I assumed many responsibilities of the program from choreography to poise to production.
Over twenty five years ago I chose to apply that same discipline, talent and spirit of entrepreneurship to a real estate career, with licensing in both Montana and Arizona.
Embodying the qualities of character and honesty plus the local knowledge only a native Montanan can possess, I developed a real estate experience for my clients that was never forgotten.
Positive, determined, talented, a perfect bundle for the demands that buying and selling real estate present as well as contributing to the Westward Bound Team!
